While walking around campus today, a man loudly preaching the gospel and waving around a sign that said "Without Jesus, you're already bankrupt" called out to me, and called me a sinner for "wanting a black sabbath" and listening to "that satanic music". It's the funniest thing that's happened to me all year. I'm in full support of having your own ideals and beliefs, but as soon as you start to harass others based on your beliefs you've crossed a very important line.
Big props to the man in the suit quietly standing next to a rack of church pamphlets who asked me how my day was. That's how you should spread your ideals and ideas, not by shouting at someone over a shirt.
