It occurred to me while I was carrying our Christmas tree into the house. Last year, I remember struggling to hold one end of our tree, which was much smaller than this year's, as we carried it into the house. This year I had zero struggle carrying the much larger tree by myself. Interesting just how much can change in what feels like a short year.
