Finally finished my 5×5 squat lift with two plates with good form, and without hurting myself. I was stuck there for a few weeks after summer break.
The weights I ran today were 135×5 (warm-up), 195×5, 205×5, 215×5, and finally 225×5. (Hooray!)
I've been excited to hit two plates for reps on squat for a while.
